Finding a new home, whether it is your first or your tenth is an exciting time, but it can also be quite stressful, with lots of things to organised and do. Our experienced & friendly staff will be on hand to help you through the process of finding and securing your new home, through to showing you how the heating works and where the best takeaway is, so that your next move it is straightforward and stress free as possible. All our staff members are not only qualified property professionals, but we are also local residents, so as well as knowing our properties & the processes inside & out, we can also help with questions about local amenities, schools, transport links, all the other elements that are important when deciding where to call home.

Fees Structure

Residential Property Management and Rental:

- 1-4 Units = 5.5% of monthly rent collection  

- 5-8 Units = 6.5% of monthly rent collection  

- 9-12 Units = 7.5% of monthly rent collection  

- 13 - 19 Units = 8%  

- 20+ Units = 9%  

 

If the units are in an apartment building, other terms are to be discussed i.e. onsite management.

Units that are vacant within the first 3 months of us taking over the property will be charged 50% of one month ’s rent to rent the property the first time.
 

*Note: commercial units are quoted separately* 


Property Rental only:
Fee for Unit Rental Only is 75% of one month's rent plus tax.

Our client's wishes and needs come first, carefully tempered with the requirements of the tenancy and governing legislation. Both aspects must be carefully balanced to produce the highest output of the property's investment dollar.
